1. Gravity beneficiation process
1. Prepare raw materials

The re-selected materials should be washed with water flow to remove excess sediment, stone powder, etc. on the ore, so as to avoid mixing into the re-selected concentrate and affect the ore grade.

The commonly used re-selection equipment in the re-selection method are jig, shaking table, chute and so on. The useful minerals and the associated ore particles are separated by utilizing the different settling speeds of the ore particles with different specific gravity in the medium (usually water, air, heavy liquid or suspension).

2. Process flow of flotation beneficiation
1. Prepare raw materials

First, the raw materials should be crushed and ground into fine particles with a fineness of less than 0.2mm, and then the flotation agent is added and stirred evenly in the mixing tank.

Grinding can separate the useful ore particles embedded in the ore from the associated gangue as much as possible; the function of the flotation agent is to enhance the difference in floatability between the useful minerals and the associated gangue; stirring is to make the agent and the associated gangue separate. The ore particles are fully functional.

The adjusted pulp is filled into the flotation machine, and the flotation machine produces a large number of bubbles in the pulp by means of mechanical stirring or filling with air.

After the action of flotation reagents, the hydrophobicity of useful mineral particles is more obvious, and it is easier to attach to the air bubbles, while other minerals with hydrophilicity remain in the pulp, completing an important step in mineral separation.

The ore particles attached to the bubbles float to the surface of the pulp with the bubbles, and then are scraped out by the rotating scraper, which is the concentrate we want, and the product left in the pulp is "tailings".

3. Magnetic separation and beneficiation process
1. Prepare raw materials

The raw material preparation stage of the magnetic separation process also needs to go through the process of crushing and grinding, and the ore is first ground into fine particles.

2. Classification

Using the classifier to classify the ore particles can remove most of the useless ore particles in advance and reduce the working pressure of the magnetic separation equipment.

Using the magnetic characteristics of different ores, the magnetic useful ore particles can be extracted from the non-magnetic associated gangue through the magnetic separator to achieve the purpose of separating the two.
