Magnetic separating process, is a kind of magnetic separation of magnetite beneficiation process combined wet and dry method. Magnetic separation process is mainly carried out three magnetic ore processing, and then through wet material magnetic separation, magnetic field strength of the selected is 400 -1200GS, magnetic roller speed is 60-320 every minute .Wet material through dehydration to make finished Iron ore concentrate,general the iron content is at thirty-five percent, the iron content of iron ore concentrate can reach 68 ~ 70% use method. The joint process method, ore utilization rate can get to 90%, use less water in the process,reduce the cost, reduce pollution.This method is a kind of high production efficiency, product quality is good, no pollution of the environment of the creative process.
If the raw ore is sand iron ore, it can use wet magnetic separator directly, but if use grinding mill the effect will be better.
If the raw ore is rock, it need through crushing stage, grinding stage, spiral stage. After that is wet magnetic separation, use magnetic density 800~300GS etc three stage magnetic separator, if the iron ore grade is 10% or so.
If the magnetic grade is 35% , use two stage magnetic separator can get iron concentrate is above 60%. This process's recovery rate is >90%.The whole process use less water, lower cost, less pollution, the water we can recycle .
