The waste incineration rotary kiln is a high-temperature pyrolysis, gasification and incineration equipment specially used to process solid waste such as municipal waste and industrial waste. Its design purpose is to use high-temperature thermal treatment technology to completely decompose organic matter in the garbage, reduce and harmlessly treat the waste, and at the same time recover heat energy for power generation or heating. The following is a detailed description of the waste incineration rotary kiln.

Incinerator, also called incineration kiln, is a commonly used incineration equipment for treating hazardous waste. The working principle in production is to use the high temperature generated by fuel combustion to incinerate and carbonize materials, so that the harmful substances contained in the waste are completely volatilized and the waste becomes Waste is a treasure, and it has the characteristics of strong adaptability to incinerated materials, high thermal efficiency, and environmental protection.

The 2.8-meter-diameter garbage incineration rotary kiln mainly consists of the following parts:
Cylinder: A hollow, high-temperature-resistant metal cylinder with refractory material laid on the inner wall for containing and transporting garbage.
Burner: Located at the kiln head, it provides initial heat and combustion air to ignite and maintain garbage combustion.
Transmission device: including motor, reducer, gear, etc., driving the cylinder to rotate at a certain speed.
Support device: including supporting wheels, rolling rings, blocking wheels, etc., which support the cylinder and allow it to expand freely along the axis.

Feeding device: Responsible for feeding the pretreated garbage into the kiln evenly and continuously.
Slag discharge device: used to discharge the incinerated and cooled solid residue.
Flue gas treatment system: including secondary combustion chamber, waste heat boiler, flue gas purification equipment, etc., which performs high-temperature combustion, energy recovery and pollutant purification of flue gas generated by incineration.

Even powerful equipment will have fatigue periods (failures). Today, the editor of Yingkuang will give you a few examples of burning a rotary kiln with a diameter of 2.8 meters:
1. Coking at the kiln end
The steps for burning hazardous waste in a rotary kiln are drying, burning, and burning. The ash and slag melts in the furnace and causes coking on the inner wall of the kiln tail. If the coking is severe at the kiln tail, the ash and slag in the furnace cannot be removed, affecting the rotation. The kiln continues to operate. Severe coking at the kiln tail is mainly due to poor sealing effect at the kiln tail and the high metal content in hazardous waste. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the sealing method and reduce the metal content during the batching process.
2. The castable at the end of the kiln falls off
Generally, a back iron is installed at the end of the rotary kiln. In order to protect the cylinder from being corroded by the high-temperature flue gas, castables are poured on the back iron. However, the service life of the domestic castables is currently short and the long life can only be maintained. Half a year, this seriously affects the operation cycle of the equipment. The pouring at the kiln tail falls off because the temperature at the kiln tail is too high and the kiln tail device is unreasonably set. Therefore, during the operation of the rotary kiln, the temperature at the kiln tail must be strictly controlled to remain below 950°C. At the same time, the pouring thickness at the kiln tail must be appropriate and designed. Be reasonable.
3. Refractory brick corrosion
Refractory bricks are an essential part of the rotary kiln. Their main function is to protect the rotary kiln cylinder from being eroded by the high temperature, materials and flue gas in the kiln. Refractory bricks have good chemical stability, heat resistance and wear resistance, and are key factors to ensure the stable operation of the rotary kiln. Under long-term operation of the hazardous waste incineration rotary kiln, the harmful substances contained in the hazardous waste can easily stick to the refractory bricks, causing the refractory bricks to be corroded and fall off. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of refractory bricks, it is necessary to control the alkali metal and fluorine content contained in hazardous waste materials.
