Product Overview
Aluminum ash slag is a block or granular slag produced during the smelting, remelting, alloying, and waste aluminum smelting and recycling of metal aluminum, containing a certain amount of elemental metal aluminum. For aluminum ash slag with different aluminum contents, we have designed and developed an efficient aluminum ash slag ball milling and screening aluminum extraction production line to improve the aluminum recovery rate and processing capacity.

Process flow
The new process flow is: dust suppression hopper → quantitative feeder → ball mill → elevator → drum screen → powder selector → ton bag.

● Ball mill: finely grind aluminum ash slag to improve the separation efficiency of aluminum particles.

● Drum screen: screen the material according to the particle size to separate aluminum particles of different particle sizes.
● Powder selector: further finely select aluminum particles to improve product fineness.
● Tonnage bag: pack the finished product for easy storage and transportation.
