(2) During installation, attention should be paid to the irreversible reversal of the rotation direction (indicated by the rotation arrow on the pulley).

(3) After installing the electric motor, a protective cover for the drive belt should be provided according to the installation situation.

(4) The gap between the counterattack plate and the plate hammer should be gradually reduced according to work needs, and after adjustment, the rotor should be manually rotated several times

Check for any impact. After adjustment, the sleeve nut should be tightened to prevent the nut from loosening after the impact plate is vibrated

And gradually descended and collided with the plate hammer, causing an accident.

Debugging of counterattack crusher

1. The rotor has undergone balancing treatment before leaving the factory, and users generally do not need to conduct balancing tests again. When replacing the hammer head and rotor components, a balancing configuration should be made.

2. The installation of the host should be balanced, with a spindle levelness error of less than 1mm/m. The master and slave wheels should be in the same plane, and the belt tension should be adjusted appropriately to fix the motor.

3. Check whether the installation positions of each component have moved, deformed, and all bolts have been locked, and whether the sealing is good.

4. Check the wiring and fastening of the electrical box, adjust the delay relay and overload protector, connect the circuit, test the motor direction, and select a suitable specification of fuse.

5. Check if the hydraulic system operates reliably and if there are any leaks.

6. Remove foreign objects from the impact crusher, move the rotor by hand, and check for friction and collision.

Adjustment of the gap between the rotor and the counterattack lining plate of the counterattack crusher: When the rotor of the counterattack crusher is running, the gap between the rotor and the counterattack lining plate cannot be adjusted. If the material blocks are stuck between the counterattack plate and the shell, it is recommended to slightly lift the counterattack frame between readjusting the gap. This will loosen the feeding of the blocks and make it easier to adjust the counterattack frame. If the counterattack frame is not sufficient, you can lightly tap on the relaxed pull rod (protected by a wooden board). The gap between the rotor and the counterattack lining plate is adjusted by the machine's adjustment device. First, loosen the bolt sleeve, and then rotate the long nut. At this time, the pull rod will move upward. Adjust it to tighten the screw sleeve.

Replacement of vulnerable parts for counterattack crusher: When replacing vulnerable parts for counterattack crusher, first open it and put it on the shelf. When using, first remove the connecting bolts between the rear shelf and the middle box, then use a wrench to tighten the hexagonal head of the flip cover device, and then slowly open the shelf. The plate hammer of the impact crusher: When the impact breaking plate hammer wears out to a certain extent, it should be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner to avoid damage to the fasteners and other components.
