Sliding bearings are bearings that work under sliding friction.The part of the shaft that is supported by the bearing is called the journal, and the part that matches the journal is called the bearing.In order to improve the friction properties of the bearing surface, the layer of anti-friction material cast on the inner surface is called the bearing lining.In addition, plain bearing applications are generally under low-speed and heavy-duty working conditions, or operating parts where maintenance and lubricating oil filling are difficult.Under normal circumstances, the Pap alloy tile lining in the plain bearing will not show abrasions when it is smooth and in good condition. Unless it is worn to a certain thickness normally, the tile lining and the spherical body cannot be well separated, and the phenomenon of abrasions will occur.

During the normal operation of the ball mill, the hollow shaft of the feed suddenly became hot, and the temperature was very high, reaching more than 200 degrees. The outer part of the hollow shaft turned blue. Emergency stop inspection found that there are many Pap alloys at the spherical tile mouth, and it was initially determined that the tile surface was melted by high temperature.Under the action of friction and pressure, it is brought out of the tile mouth.The inspection found that the outer surface of the alloy tile lining showed many scratches, and the middle scratch was very deep, but the bottom of the scratch and the spherical body were still about two-thirds of the thickness. The reason for the analysis was due to the high temperature of the clinker entering the hollow shaft, and the surface temperature of the corresponding hollow shaft was very high. The viscosity of the smooth oil was diluted and the oil film was formed. The shaft was in direct contact with the tile lining. Friction occurs, heat is generated, and the temperature rises sharply, melting the outer surface of the tile lining and forming abrasions.At that time, thinking that there was no spare spherical tile and the consumption task was very heavy, it was decided to stop repairing the damaged tile lining and continue to use it.

 

Deal with scratches, stop grinding and polishing, lubricate them, and scrape out a regular miniature oil tank on the undamaged surface to repair the tile mouth.Then, the grinding body and clinker in the slag ball mill are unloaded, and the grinding body is manually rotated to stop no-load grinding of the tile lining.After reaching a certain level, it is partially linked with the transmission for no-load trial operation. After a few hours, the grinding body and clinker are loaded and the load operation is stopped. After inspection, everything returns to normal.

The main feature of the ball mill is that there is an oil rejection tank processed on the sealing cover, and a gap is milled in the lower part of the oil rejection tank, so that the oil thrown out of the sliding journal flows back into the sliding bearing box.On the outside of the plain bearing seal, an outer retaining ring is added to prevent foreign objects from invading the bearing box.In the process system, if an equipment fails and is forced to shut down, it will affect the production of the entire system and cause economic losses from the shutdown.In order to improve the reliability of the operation of the zinc oxide ball mill, the automatic control of the PC machine is adopted.Its control principle: In the control system, before starting the ball mill, the oil pump must be started first, and the ball mill can only be started after two minutes.The two oil pumps are used as backup for each other. When one oil pump fails or cannot supply oil for other reasons, the oil flow signal device passes without oil, the system automatically alarms, and the backup oil pump is automatically activated at the same time.When both oil pumps are in the wet ball mill manufacturer's alarm maintenance state and are not reset, the oil in the storage tank can still be used for the ball mill to continue running for three hours.Each plain bearing is equipped with a temperature sensor. When the oil supply is too small or other reasons cause the plain bearing temperature to rise to 55℃, the control system alarms and the ball mill automatically shuts down.In this way, it can not only protect the plain bearing, but also provide time for troubleshooting.
