Structure principle

1. Personnel injury caused by external force, some conditions in the replacement of the liner will cause injury to the staff, such as the injury caused by the wrong start of the ball mill. When the liner is removed, the damage caused by the sledge hammer and the electric arc is caused. Personnel injuries caused by the sliding of the ball, etc., which must be noted during the replacement of the ball mill liner;

2. For the ball mill for coal grinding, the residual dust inside it will cause an explosion when it encounters a spark, and must be paid attention to during the process of replacing the liner;

3, electric shock, welding and other electrical equipment will be used in the process of replacing the lining, pay attention to the safety of electricity during use, to avoid the occurrence of electric shock events;

4. In the purchase of the lining board, the quality of the lining should be strictly controlled. If the shape of the lining does not match the cylinder, the lining can be replaced or the internal wall of the cylinder can be partially excavated. When the bolt is fixed and tightened, the bolt is prohibited from being misaligned. Forcibly installed to avoid damage to the equipment;

5. When the liner is replaced, pay attention to the ventilation inside the mill barrel to avoid suffocation and cause casualties;

6, clever use of the hardening characteristics of the lining, can be used in the first 1-2 months of the new lining installation, the hardness of the steel ball is running, after the lining is fully hardened, its hardness and toughness have certain Use a steel ball with a higher hardness after lifting, which can extend the service life of the lining to a certain extent;

7. If the mill liner is worn 70% or the surface is 70mm long, it should be replaced in time;

8. When the fixing bolt of the lining plate is loose or damaged, it should be replaced in time.
