When the rotary dryer machine operates for a period, the cylinder body will sink. This will affect the sealing of the transmission system and interface, so that it will result to reduce the contact accuracy of gears.
Reasons for the dryer cylinder body sink:
Supporting roller and bearing worn out;The displacement of supporting wheel when the bolt is loosen;The abrasion of the internal and external surface of the rolling ring;The abrasion of iron plate of the rolling ring,etc.
Solving method for dryer cylinder body sink:
ⅠAdjust the gap.It mainly refers to adjust the gap between the dryer rolling ring and iron plate. The specific method is to change a new iron plate or add an extra plate.
ⅡRecover the incline angle. It mainly refers to recover the incline angle of the rotary dryer cylinder body. The specific method: Adjust the relative elevation of the two supporting device to ensure it reach the designed requirement number. The center height difference of the two rolling rill can be measured by spirit level, theodolite, or connecting tube,etc. The measurement should be after the process of gap adjustment as mentioned in stepⅠ.
Ⅲ Recover the vertical position of the rotary dryer cylinder body. This step aims to make the cylinder body be back to the vertical position it should be. Ⅳ Recover the horizontal position of the cylinder body. This step aims to ensure the vertical projection of the bus-bar coincide with the reference line on the base.
