Product Description

This vacuum permanent filtering machine has a cylinder shape appearance and has an outer filtering device.
The materials are fed on the top. It is suitable for dehydration to coarse granules and high magnetic materials.
Installed inside its cylinder, the permanent magnetic system made up of strontium ferrite can accelerate the
speed of magnetic granules attracted to the surface of filter cloth. The magnetic filtering machine is mainly used
for dehydration to concentrate ore pulp of high magnetic coarse mineral materials. It makes layer separation effects more obvious on the basis of granularity for concentrate in filter cake. When in the process of forming filter cake, granules are impacted by both gravity and magnetic force, which makes coarse granules ores moving faster than fine granules ores to filter cloth. So, those fine granules ores touches filter cloth firstly. The above process causes the filter cake with good breathability. What is more, the cylinder surface is covered by magnetic granules with radial pattern under the magnetic force in ore pulp, and magnetic stirring occurs because of the change of magnetic system polar. Those processes become the advantages for filter cake dehydrating easily. The above mentioned reasons make the filter cake has good breathability and greatly increases the machines productivity. Compared to similar type of cylinder shape vacuum filtering machines, its efficiency is increased by more than three times. The relative magnetic coefficient of solid granules in ore pulp is more than 3000 × 10-6cm3/g. The granularity is 0.15-0.8 mm and the materials feeding concentrate achieves 60%.
