Mineral processing ball mills can process a variety of metal and non-metallic ores:
Metallic ores: magnetite, gold, copper, lead-zinc, bauxite, tungsten, etc., suitable for crushing and fine grinding of metal ores.
Non-metallic ores: fluorite, quartz sand, limestone, ceramic raw materials, etc., to meet the grinding needs of building materials, chemical and other industries.
Special materials: industrial waste such as steel slag and aluminum ash slag, support resource recycling.

Processing capacity

Significant differences in models: small, medium and large ball mills are available, with a maximum processing capacity of 200t/h.

Supports continuous operation, and the grinding efficiency can be adjusted by the drum speed and the medium ratio.

Feed size

Material particle size requirements: usually ≤25~30mm, and pre-crushing is required if it exceeds this range.

Feed device optimization: The spiral feeder ensures that the material enters the grinding chamber evenly to avoid blockage.

Working principle

The material enters the first bin through the feeding spiral drum, mixes with the steel balls/steel forgings, and rises by adhering to the wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force. The steel balls are thrown down under the action of gravity, causing impact and crushing of the materials; fine grinding is achieved in the subsequent bins through rolling friction.
Coarse grinding bin: The stepped lining plate is combined with large-sized steel balls to crush large particles with strong impact.
Fine grinding bin: The flat lining plate and small steel balls/steel forgings work together to complete ultra-fine grinding.

Discharge control
Qualified materials are discharged through the discharge grate plate, and unqualified particles are returned to the bin for further grinding.
