Flotation process flow

Ferrocyanide method: When the content of secondary copper ore in the ore is very high, the effect of the above two methods is not good enough. At this time, if the content of lead in the ore is high, ferrocyanide (yellow blood salt and red blood salt) can be used to inhibit the flotation of secondary copper ore. Lead ore.

Flotation of copper-lead-zinc ore

In view of the environmental pollution problem of copper-lead separation agents, there are currently a variety of combination inhibitors in various materials to separate copper and lead, but after testing, it has been found that although these combination inhibitors can achieve the separation of copper-lead mixed concentrates to a certain extent, the mutual content is usually higher. For example, the lead content in copper concentrates may be as high as double digits. In view of the current pharmaceutical defects, researchers from the Institute of Mineral Processing of Xingmin Group have devoted themselves to research and repeated tests to develop a single non-toxic inhibitor that inhibits copper floating lead. After repeated tests, it was determined that the selective inhibition effect of the agent on copper minerals is very good, and the lead content of copper concentrates is usually reduced to 3%. For example, the lead content in copper concentrates may be as high as double digits. In view of the current pharmaceutical defects, researchers from the Institute of Mineral Processing of Xingmin Group Inflation is not a problem, and it has even dropped to about 1.5%.

 

One of the main reasons for the difficulty of separating copper-lead mixed concentrates is due to the excess of agents (trapping agents and foaming agents) in the mixed concentrates.Removing excess agents from the slurry and removing the collector film from the mineral surface before the separation of the mixed concentrate can greatly improve the separation effect of the mixed concentrate.
