The ball mill coupling is a mechanical part used to connect two shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) in different mechanisms to make them rotate together to transmit torque. In high-speed and heavy-load power transmission, the ball mill coupling of Yingkuang Machinery also has the functions of buffering, vibration reduction and improving the dynamic performance of the shaft system.
Generally, most power machines are connected to working machines with the help of ball mill couplings. There are many types of ball mill couplings. According to the relative position and position change of the two connected shafts, they can be divided into:
1. Fixed ball mill coupling
It is mainly used in places where the two shafts are required to be strictly aligned and no relative displacement occurs during work. The structure is generally simple and easy to manufacture, and the instantaneous speed of the two shafts is the same. There are mainly flange ball mill couplings, sleeve ball mill couplings, and shell ball mill couplings.
2. Movable ball mill coupling
It is mainly used in places where the two shafts are deflected or have relative displacement during work. According to the method of compensating displacement, it can be divided into rigid movable ball mill couplings and elastic movable ball mill couplings. Rigid movable couplings use the dynamic connection between the working parts of the ball mill coupling to compensate for the mobility in one or several directions.
