Process advantage

In order to improve the recovery rate of independent silver ore flotation, the silver ore dressing process is improved in three ways: 1. Choose neutral or weakly alkaline flotation slurry alkalinity and choose sodium carbonate as the adjusting agent for flotation slurry to improve the planktonic properties of silver. 3. Advantages of silver ore flotation process

The flotation of our factory is the same as other mineral processing methods. It is necessary to prepare the materials before sorting, that is, the ore must be ground and graded to reach a concentration and fineness suitable for flotation. In addition, a multi-layer thickener is used for three-stage washing, and the one-time leaching and one-time washing of the cyanide operation is changed to two leaching and two washing, which improves the recovery rate of silver. The cyanide method is used to treat hydrogen-containing sewage and recover sodium cyanide, which solves the environmental impact of sewage discharge; Combined gold adopts electrolysis to separate silver, and the product is changed to gold ingots and silver ingots, which increases the economic efficiency of the enterprise.

Taking a silver mine in Inner Mongolia as an example, the mineral processing scale is 500t/d, and the actual production capacity is 750t/D.The main metal minerals in the ore are pyrite, chalcopyrite, silver gold and natural ore.In view of the problems existing in the original production, combined with the actual production, the technological transformation of the process process has been carried out, and the silver selection process adopts the combined flotation-cyanide process.The silver concentrate was obtained by flotation, and the concentrate was re-ground for cyanide leaching, countercurrent washing, zinc powder replacement, and electrolytic separation to obtain silver ingots.To make the process smooth and easy to operate, in addition, the number of equipment units and the flotation agent system of certain processes have been improved.
