4. When the user has dealt with the failure of the rotary kiln and the rotary kiln needs to resume normal production, the temperature in the kiln needs to be ≤900℃. When the pulverized coal and gas meet the production conditions, fire ignition can be used to gradually increase the temperature in the kiln and resume production.
5. Maintain the temperature in the kiln, use a temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in the kiln in real time, ensure that the temperature is within the set range, and adjust the air volume of the cooling system appropriately to avoid excessive cooling and cause the temperature in the kiln to drop.
