1. The thermal insulation link of the rotary kiln is essential during the operation process. 2. If the rotary kiln fails or has other problems in the middle of operation, and it needs to be shut down in time to make the rotary kiln run continuously, then the air diversion volume of the rotary kiln needs to be controlled at 1/4 degree, and in the process of gas injection and heat preservation, the tail heat of the kiln should be ≤800℃.
