During the decomposition process of dolomite, a large amount of CO2 gas is released. (Each ton of dolomite decomposes to produce CO2 gas 232.4Nm3.) From the perspective of kinetics, the concentration of CO2 gas on the surface of the reactant must be reduced, or the emission rate of CO2 gas must be increased. In the rotary kiln, in order to ensure the discharge rate of CO2 gas, a certain negative pressure must be maintained at the end of the kiln. In actual production, it can generally be controlled at 9.8Pa~29.4Pa. The kiln head is controlled under a slight negative pressure to prevent the flame from counterattack.
Good preheating of dolomite in the kiln is a necessary condition to ensure the quality of calcination, energy saving and consumption reduction. During the calcination process, it is necessary to strengthen the preheating of the ore as much as possible, reasonably control the kiln speed, and ensure that the thickness of the material layer in the kiln is uniform and continuous. For a rotary kiln with a length of 36m~64m and an inclination of 3.5%, the speed is controlled at 0.8rpm~1.0rpm, and the material layer in the kiln is more suitable.
The rotary kiln is a cylindrical vessel, slightly inclined to the horizontal plane, slowly rotating around its axis. The raw materials to be processed are fed into the upper end of the cylinder. While the kiln body is rotating, the materials will gradually drop down to the bottom, and a certain amount of stirring and mixing may be carried out. Hot gas passes along the furnace, sometimes in the same direction as the process material (cocurrent), but usually in the opposite direction (countercurrent). The hot gas can be generated in the outer furnace or by the flame in the kiln. This flame is emitted from the burner tube (or "ignition tube"), and its function is similar to that of a large Bunsen burner. For this, the fuel can be natural gas, petroleum or pulverized coal.
1. It is not difficult to see from the name of the equipment that this equipment is very professional, so for the processing of dolomite, this equipment is the choice of many users.
2. This is a very high-tech device. Such a device is more conducive to the user's actual operation and use, thereby reducing the user's application difficulty.
3. Compared with the previous generation equipment, its calcination efficiency is higher, and the calcination effect can reach the level of user satisfaction, so the sales volume of the equipment will be higher.
4. In order to save materials and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of materials, it can also process materials in a cycle, which greatly reduces the user's cost input.
