Counter-roller crusher, also known as double-roller crusher or counter-roller crusher, is a kind of crushing equipment widely used in mining, chemical industry, building materials, coal and other industries.It is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations of ores and rocks below medium hardness, especially for raw coal crushing in the coal industry. 6.Equipped with a safety protection device: when an accidental metal iron piece enters the crushing chamber, the protection device moves, and the iron piece leaks out of the equipment and the equipment is operating normally.
The working principle of the roller crusher is to squeeze and shear the material through two relatively rotating rollers to achieve crushing.The material falls between the two rollers from the inlet. As the roller rotates, the material is squeezed and cut. After reaching the required particle size, it is discharged from under the chassis.
The roller crusher is mainly composed of the following parts:
Roller: Made of wear-resistant material, it is the working part of the crusher.
Roller support bearings: support the roller and keep the roller running stably.
Compression and adjustment device: used to adjust the gap between the two rollers to control the particle size of the discharge.
Drive device: including an electric motor and a reducer to provide power for the rollers.
