Coal dryer equipment is mainly composed of rotating body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. Therefore, it has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect technology, high output, low energy consumption and convenient operation.
The heat source of the dryer comes from the combustion system. Due to the inclined device of the dryer, when the material enters the body from the feeding device, because the dryer is in an inclined position, it flows to the bottom end under the action of gravity. This process makes the material evenly distributed in the body, so as to ensure the heat exchange with the hot air. After repeated cycles of this process, the water will be dried and discharged from the dryer.
