1. Belt flip: Due to the damage of the belt, the V-belt needs to be replaced. Pay attention to the quality of the V-belt itself.Or because of the problem of pulley assembly, the active and driven pulleys need to be adjusted on the same plane.

2. The discharge particle is too large: It means that the hammer or counterattack liner of the counterattack crusher wears out too much, causing the gap between the hammer and the counterattack plate to be too large. The hammer or counterattack liner needs to be replaced, generally adjusted to 15-20mm.In addition, the particle size of the feed is too large, which will also affect the particle size of the discharge.

3. Bearing fever: due to excessive or insufficient grease; grease pollution, replace the grease after cleaning the bearing.If the bearing is damaged, the bearing should be replaced in time.If the bearing gland is too tight, the bolts should be adjusted well, and the tightness should be moderate.

4. Abnormal vibration of the machine: the feed material of the impact crusher is too large, so you can check the feed size.When the plate hammer is replaced or assembled, the rotor is not proofread and balanced, the plate hammer is reinstalled, and the rotor is balanced and corrected.If the foundation is improperly handled, the anchor bolts need to be checked and reinforced.

5. There is a percussion sound inside the machine: materials that cannot be broken enter the interior of the impact crusher. At this time, it is necessary to stop and clean up the crushing chamber.The fasteners of the counterattack liner are loose, and check the fastening of the counterattack liner.The plate hammer hits the counterattack liner, check the gap between the plate hammer and the counterattack liner.
