After some mountain gold deposits are weathered and denuded, the detrital products accumulate in situ, forming an eluvial placer gold deposit; if they accumulate along a slope, a slope-type placer gold deposit is formed. Placer gold deposits are also called exogenous gold deposits, and their mineralization era can be in the Paleozoic, Mesozoic, Tertiary, Quaternary or modern times.
In addition, there is an associated gold mine with low gold content, which is often recycled and comprehensively utilized in the non-ferrous metal mine process.

The mined gold ore is initially crushed by the jaw crusher. After being crushed to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly sent to the ball mill through the elevator and feeder. The ball mill crushes and grinds the ore. The fine ore ground by the ball mill enters the next process: classification. The spiral classifier uses the principle of different specific gravity of solid particles and different sedimentation speeds in the liquid to clean and classify the ore mixture entering the classifier. When the cleaned and classified mineral mixture passes through the magnetic separator, due to the different specific magnetization coefficients of various minerals, the magnetic substances in the mixture are separated through magnetic force and mechanical force. The mineral particles that have been initially separated by the magnetic separator are sent to the flotation machine, where different drugs are added according to different mineral properties to separate the desired minerals from other substances. After the desired minerals are separated, because they contain a large amount of water, they must be initially concentrated by a concentrator and then dried by a dryer to obtain dry minerals.

Common gold beneficiation methods for gold ore beneficiation


1. Reselection method
The gravity separation method sorts minerals based on differences in their relative densities. Mineral particles with different densities are affected by fluid dynamics and various mechanical forces in the moving medium (water, air and heavy liquid), resulting in suitable loose stratification and separation conditions, so that mineral particles with different densities can be separated. Common equipment include: magnetic separator and flotation machine. The gravity separation method is a mineral processing method that integrates energy saving and environmental protection. In the mineral processing of mercury ore, the gravity separation method is also very commonly used. The gravity separation of mercury ore is commonly used with shakers and jigs. The shaker produces high quality concentrate for the production of cinnabar products. Jig machines are mostly used to process the pre-screened sub-sieve fraction of ore before grinding, or are installed in the grinding classification circuit to promptly recover the dissociated cinnabar monomers to avoid over-crushing. At the same time, some coarser-grained cinnabar products can also be recovered from the jig concentrate.

2. Flotation method
The flotation method is based on the difference in physical and chemical properties of the mineral surface, and is treated with flotation reagents to selectively attach useful minerals to the bubbles to achieve the purpose of sorting.
The beneficiation of non-ferrous metal ores, such as copper, lead, zinc, sulfur, molybdenum and other ores is mainly processed by flotation; some ferrous metals, rare metals and some non-metallic ores, such as graphite ore, apatite, etc. are also processed by flotation. 3. Electric selection method
The electro-separation method separates minerals based on differences in conductivity. When minerals pass through the high-voltage electric field of the electric separator, due to the different conductivities of the minerals, the electrostatic forces acting on the minerals are also different, so the minerals can be separated. Electric separation method is used for the separation of rare metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic ores. At present, it is mainly used for the separation and concentration of mixed coarse concentrates; such as the separation of scheelite and cassiterite; the concentration of zircon, the concentration of tantalum-niobium ore, etc.

4. Gold ore beneficiation method-chemical beneficiation
The current chemical separation methods mainly include the mercury amalgamation gold extraction process and the cyanide gold extraction process. The mercury amalgamation gold extraction process is an ancient gold extraction process. It is simple and economical. It is suitable for the recovery of coarse-grained single gold. However, it causes great pollution to the environment. It is gradually replaced by gravity separation, flotation and cyanidation. Replaced by Fati gold craft.
The cyanide gold extraction process includes several basic processes: cyanide leaching, washing and filtering of the leached slurry, extraction of gold from the cyanide solution or cyanide slurry, and smelting of the finished product.


5 Smelting of gold ore beneficiation equipment
Smelting is the final process for extracting gold. Smelting can be divided into rough and refined. Gold smelting is developing rapidly in our country. Most of the gold is smelted using the traditional crucible method to produce alloy gold, or sent to non-ferrous metal smelting plants for processing and refining of finished gold.

6 Heap leaching of gold ore beneficiation equipment
Among my country's gold ore resources, low-grade oxidized ores account for a certain proportion. It is not economical to use conventional cyanidation gold extraction process to process this type of ore, but there are still economic benefits to using heap leaching production process.
