1. Set insulation material between the feeding and discharging spiral and the inner surface of the hollow shaft to prevent heat transfer, thereby reducing the temperature of the main bearing.
2. Improve cooling and heat dissipation conditions to reduce the temperature rise of the main bearing.
Use traditional cooling method to cast serpentine cooling water pipe inside the spherical bearing or directly cast cooling water channel. Extend the bearing housing outward and lengthen it, and pass the cooling water pipe into the extended oil pool for cooling. Set vents on the top of the main bearing cover to improve the heat dissipation effect.
3. Use advanced and reliable lubrication devices to improve lubrication conditions, thereby reducing the temperature rise of the main bearing.
Traditional medium and small mills generally use oil pans and oil spoons for oil lubrication. For large mills, cement mills with high clinker temperatures, and various types of drying mills, standard thin oil stations can be used for centralized forced lubrication, while the oil pan and oil spoon only play an auxiliary role.
4. Improve the quality of manufacturing and installation, and reduce the temperature rise of the main bearing.
During processing, the surface quality of the hollow shaft must be strictly controlled to ensure that it meets the requirements of the drawings. During the installation process, the quality of the bearing must be guaranteed, and sufficient bearing side clearance and axial interval must be guaranteed to avoid heating due to poor contact or too small interval.
