The lepidolite impurity removal process is mainly to remove iron-containing impurities, so the recovery process is generally completed by magnetic separation equipment, mainly based on weak magnetic separation, to remove most of the impurities containing strong magnets.

In the lithium separation stage of lepidolite extraction, the combined separation method is generally used. As shown in the figure above, the combined separation process of gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation is adopted.

Among them, the re-selection part adopts the sorting method of screw drop + shaker to select qualified lepidolite ore, and then adopts a medium magnetic - a strong magnetic method to remove Han Ni and iron impurities again, and the obtained lepidolite crude Concentrate is undergoing flotation process to obtain qualified lepidolite concentrate.

Lithium Extraction from Lepidolite - Filtration Process
The filtration process of extracting lithium from lepidolite mainly uses various dehydration filtration equipment to concentrate and dehydrate the hydrous lithium concentrate obtained after flotation to reduce the water content. The defiltration method of high-efficiency thickener + chamber filter press is mostly used to make the final water content as low as 15%.
