Working principle of shaking table used in ore dressing plant

The shaking table belongs to gravity ore dressing equipment, which is developed from the plane chute. Later, it formed its own system with its asymmetric reciprocating motion. The shaking table consists of three parts: bed surface, frame and transmission mechanism. The bed surface is trapezoidal or rhombus-shaped, with a horizontal inclination of 1° to 5°. The ore feeding trough and water feeding trough are arranged above the inclined edge. The bed strips are arranged longitudinally along the upper side of the bed surface, and their height decreases from the transmission end to the opposite side. The entire bed surface is supported by the frame, and a transmission device is installed at one end of the bed surface. The latter can make the bed surface have a quick return motion characteristic when it moves forward and approaches the end, that is, the so-called differential motion

The ore dressing shaking table is mainly used in ore dressing equipment and has a significant effect. Therefore, the installation and debugging of the gold selection shaking table are very important. If the installation and debugging are not good, the entire ore dressing production line will be slack. Failure to achieve the appropriate effect.

1. Product quality inspection before installation: The user should conduct inspection before installation. All parts of the bed surface should meet the requirements of the drawings, the parts are complete, and the appearance should be intact.

2. When hanging the bed, the side panels should be prevented from local extrusion and deformation and collision with the bed surface.

3. Install the connector and four connecting blocks before hanging the bed, adjust their height and accurate position, and the bed surface installation center is consistent with the bed head connector center.

4. After checking all the installation connections, run the empty car for 1-2 hours. Check whether the bed surface runs smoothly, whether the connection parts are loose, whether the shaking or sliding parts are well lubricated, whether there are abnormal noises, and whether the horizontal slope adjustment is flexible and stable.

5. After the bed surface is installed, the holes of each connecting screw should be aligned, with appropriate tightness, and the gap between the support and the connection parts should not be too large to prevent noise and wear.

6. If there is no problem with the empty car operation or after the treatment is completed, it can be operated with ore. According to the ore transportation and belting conditions on the bed surface, adjust the ore volume and ore feeding concentration, stroke and number of strokes, horizontal slope and flushing water volume.
