The TD series bucket elevator is a new generation of D series bucket elevators. Compared with the D series bucket elevators, the TD series bucket elevators have many specifications, large conveying capacity, high lifting height and stable and reliable operation. Its main performance indicators are in line with JB3926-89 (vertical bucket elevator).
TD series bucket elevators are equipped with four types of hoppers: Q type (shallow bucket), H type (arc bucket), medium depth bucket and deep bucket. They are suitable for conveying all kinds of materials. Users can choose suitable materials according to material characteristics.
When the drive of the bucket elevator hoist starts working, it drives the puley to circulate the belt with the plastic bucket from the bottom of the tail to the top of the head. The head has an exit and the tail has an entrance.
The feed hopper lift is filled with material and run to the head, and then the material is thrown out of the outlet by centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. When it is running, the empty bucket returns to the bottom of the tail and fills the material again from the inlet and then lifts up for a parabolic discharge motion. Therefore, this cycle completes the vertical transfer of material.

Feed bucket elevators are widely used in grain and oil, metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and other industries. It is used to lift grain, lump coal, gravel, ore, egg stone, dry and bulk and flow, granules and bulk materials. The material density is not more than 2t / m3, and the site temperature does not exceed 200 °C.
