Hydro-cyclones are widely used in black and non-ferrous metal mines for grinding, grading,
concentration, dewatering, desliming, ultra-fine grades, and tailings filling, damming, and recycling processes.
The hydro-cyclone machine is a grading equipment that uses centrifugal force to accelerate the sedimentation of ore particles. It needs pressure to feed the ore, so it consumes a lot of power, but it has a small area, low price, large
processing capacity, high classification efficiency, and very fine overflow. Stream products are mostly used in the grading operation in the second stage of closed-circuit grinding.

The material moves from the lower entrance of the classifier to the classification area with the upward airflow under the action of the fan's suction force. Under the action of the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, and the fine particles that meet the particle size requirements are classified. The blade gap enters the cyclone separator or dust collection device. Coarse particles entrain some fine particles and the speed disappears. After the coarse particles and fine particles descend along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet, they are separated under the strong translational action of the secondary air. The particles rise to the second level, and the coarse particles fall to the discharge port.
