Desorption electrolysis system as gold extraction equipment obtains gold mud from carbon by desorption and electrowinning
Desorption electrolysis system is applied to recover solid gold from carbons in the cyaniding process. It is equipped with liquid-level controlling system, temperature controlling system and automatic controlling system.
1.Low consumption: the same temperature for desorption, no need of heat-exchanging, working speed is rapid, power consumption is 1/2~1/4 of normal system.
2.No cyanide: no need of adding NaCH into the desorption liquid; low cost; no pollution.
3.High grade gold mud no need of anti electrowinning, gold slurry extraction easy.
4.Auto-control: the level-control system, temp-control system and autocontrol system set specially.
5.Safety: with 3 procedures of safety production, the system itself intelligent, auto-limiting pressure and pressure releasing unit, safety valve.
