The circular vibrating screen is a screen device, and the vibration track is circular or elliptical. Because the vibrator has only one axis, it is also known as a single axis vibrating screen. It is specifically used in the quarry of sieve or sand, which can also be used in coal separation, mineral separation, building materials, electricity and chemical engineering classification.

It uses vibrators, eccentric pieces, mesh, springs, triangles, and motors for bulky goods from hopper to crusher, sand, gravel, coal and coal. Working Principle

Mining single axis vibrating screen is mainly composed of an eccentric block vibrator, a screen box, a motor, and a support device. By flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator, the high speed rotation, generates centrifugal force, and then causes the screen box to pass through the amplitude. Thereafter, the material in the surface of the slope screen will be cast from the force generated from the screen box and then achieve the purpose of classification.
