vibrating sieves are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or for end use. The material is separated by passing through a vibrating “screen or meshes” which has a number of different sized according to customer’s requirements. The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries. It feature advanced structure, powerful vibrating forces, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, high durability and etc.
1. Good sealing, without dust pollution;
2. Easy to change screen mesh, long service life;
3. High screening efficiency;
4. Simple structure;
5. Discharge material automatically, fit the production line;
6. The sieve box is welded by steel plate and sectional material;
7. It has good whole rigidity and runs steady.
The feed tailings enters the feed inlet of the sieve through the feed box. First, about 1/3 of the water is removed at a level of 45 degrees to mount the drain screen and enter the combination of flat screen and tilt screen. After the portion, the accumulation of the material occurs, and the mucus particles are settled by gravity and begin to form a thinning filter layer, which in turn prevents the remaining particles from passing through the sieve, so that the filter layer is gradually thickened.
The water that is not passed through the sieve in the upper portion of the filter layer. Since the filter layer is thinner, the water gradually removes under strong motion. Due to the high frequency low vibration state, tailings of the vibrating filter layer are formed. It is getting compact, to the discharge opening, the material forms the filter cake, removes water in tailings from the surface of the sieve, and due to the capillary operation, the other components appear on the surface of the material layer. It will overflow from the discharge opening, the ground water will flow to the joint
