The belt conveyors produced by XKJ Group are widely used in many industries, including mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry, food processing, etc. They are used in the process of material assembly, testing, commissioning, packaging and transportation, and can be flexibly configured according to specific needs to meet the material transportation needs of different industries and different scenarios.
Strong conveying capacity: it can handle a large number of materials and is suitable for long-distance transportation.
Simple structure: reasonable design, easy to maintain and operate.
Reliable operation: In many important production units that require continuous operation, belt conveyors perform well.
Energy-saving and efficient: Since there is almost no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, the operating resistance is reduced and energy is saved.
The working principle of a belt conveyor is based on continuous belt movement to transport materials. Its core components include racks, conveyor belts, belt rollers, tensioning devices and transmission devices.
Transmission part: Belt conveyors are usually composed of electric motors, reducers, couplings and transmission rollers. The motor is connected to the reducer through a coupling, and the reducer then drives the rotation of the transmission drum. This rotational power provides the main driving force for the belt conveyor.
Support part: The support part of the conveyor consists of an upper support frame and a lower support roller. The upper support frame is installed above the conveyor to support the entire conveyor; the lower support roller supports the conveyor belt to keep it running horizontally.
Conveyor part: The conveyor belt is the most critical part of the conveyor, which is composed of multi-layer rubber belt or polyester belt. The conveyor belt bypasses the transmission drum and the brake drum to form a closed circular motion track. When the motor and reducer drive the transmission drum to rotate, the conveyor belt begins to move under the action of friction. The material is placed on the conveyor belt, and as the conveyor belt moves, the material is continuously transported from the previous location to the latter location.
Auxiliary parts: including the front-end guide device, the transmission drum and the brake drum. The front-end material guide device is used to guide the material smoothly into the conveyor belt and prevent the material from overflowing. The brake drum controls the speed and stop of the conveyor belt through the brake device, so as to realize the control of the material transportation speed.
