NG type thickener is a roller type peripheral drive thickener, large thickeners commonly use such drive , roll wheel slips when it overloads, do not need special safety devices, the pond is the concrete structure.
In order to supply power to the motor, an annular contact is arranged on the central pillar, and a collecting contact with a sliding ring is connected with the rake frame, and the power is introduced into the motor from a cable arranged on the rake frame.
Since the frictional force of running roller is low,the running roller is liable to skid in the event of icing on the track or overloading. Therefore,it is not suitable to be used in the cold area with the phenomenon of icing,or for the ore pulp with a large quantity or high concentration.
