The disc vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum as the filtering power to separate the slurry from solid to liquid. It is suitable for the dehydration operation of iron concentrate and non-ferrous metal concentrate, and it is also suitable for the dehydration operation of coal washing plant, non-metallic mine, chemical industry and environmental protection. Disc vacuum filter is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment. The filter disc is driven by a speed-regulating motor through a reducer and an open gear transmission. Make it rotate at a certain speed in the tank filled with ore pulp. When a certain filter fan of the filter disc is in the filter adsorption area, a pressure difference is formed on both sides of the filter medium by means of the vacuum pump. The solid material is adsorbed on the filter medium (filter cloth) and forms a filter cake, while the filtrate is discharged through the filtrate pipe and the distribution head. When this filter fan is released from the pulp level and enters the dewatering zone, the filter cake is thus dried. After entering the unloading area, the filter cake is unloaded from the filter plate by back blowing and scraper, falls into the discharge trough, and is transported away by the ore-collecting belt conveyor. The whole operation process is carried out continuously.
