Installation of mining classifier:
After inspection, the machine is free of damage and the screws are not loose, and it can be installed.The classifier equipment should be firmly placed on the platform of the poured concrete.The basic design must have a good supporting effect. If the support is unstable or the plane is not level enough, it can easily cause mechanical operation problems, and the shear force on the screws should be minimized.
Mining classifier operation:
After the structure and working principle of the spiral classifier are clear, the machine can be manipulated.
1. After the spirochete equipment starts to operate, the slurry can be fed.
2. When the spirochete is in working condition, when the mechanical operation needs to be stopped immediately in case of special faults such as stuck or overloaded, it should be noted that the spirochete should be raised out of the slurry surface immediately. If the spirochete is pressed into the slurry, the mine valve will be opened quickly. It is easy to cause congestion.
3. When starting again, the spirochete must be lowered to a certain position before the spirochete can be rotated.
4. If the classifier equipment needs to stop suddenly during operation, it must first stop feeding, and wait for the machinery to be graded to ensure that there are no materials in it before it can stop running.
Maintenance method of mining classifier:
1. All lubrication points are lubricated with sodium-based grease or calcium-based grease.
2. The personnel on duty in each shift should need to check whether the lubricating oil inside the reducer is abnormal, and the replacement cycle is 6 months.
3. Always check whether the lower bearing or intermediate frame bearing, bearing, and sealing ring are worn out, and whether the bearing is damaged, so that it can be replaced in time.
4. For bearing lubrication of classifier equipment, high-pressure oil must be injected into the bearing with a manual dry oil pump every 4 hours to maintain the sealing performance of the bearing.
